Rail Engineering Services
For the last eleven years, I have been based in Sydney and have been involved in projects Australia wide.
For the last five years, I have worked with an international manufacturer and supplier of heavy track maintenance equipment. Initially, working as a local representative, and moving on to establish their Australian subsidiary.
I have also worked as an adviser and consultant to a government state railway, providing advice on track renewal processes and techniques.
Prior to this, I have specialised in the management of heavy rail plant, tendering, bid management and strategy development. I have also focused on General Management in a role where I managed a business of highly skilled operators and maintainers operating large on track maintenance plant.
Over the last 20 years, I have worked in the rail infrastructure sector on projects from switches & crossings renewals for Network Rail to in-house business improvement, business development and business establishment. My skills and experience can help you improve how you do business or how you deliver a railway project.
